The services offered on the Site are provided by Hill Yatırım Turizm Gayrimenkul Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Hill”), and the legal ownership of the Site belongs to Hill. All rights of use and disposition with respect to the Site are vested in Hill.

Your access to the site, your retrieval of any content on the Site by any means, or use of any information contained on the Site shall constitute your prior acceptance of this terms of use (“Terms of Use”). The Terms of Use may be amended from time to time in accordance with technical requirements and evolving legal regulations. Intellectual Property Rights and Commercial Rights

Otherwise, the User will be liable to indemnify Hill for any direct or indirect damages suffered or likely to be suffered and shall also be responsible for compensating any claims raised by third parties, including licensors, for damages incurred including but not limited to court costs, and attorney fees.

The User hereby acknowledges and undertakes that they shall not engage either directly or indirectly, in any competitive activity against Hill through the acts listed above or by any other means that may constitute an infringement of Hill's intellectual and industrial property rights and/or commercial rights.

All actions or transactions that infringe upon Hill's rights, whether explicitly stated herein or not, shall be subject to legal and criminal sanctions under applicable laws, including but not limited to the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, and the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237. Hill reserves all rights and remedies.

Liability

Hill is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or access to the Site, including breach of contract, tort, errors, misrepresentation, or any other cause. Hill does not guarantee that any Content available for upload or sharing is free from harmful viruses, software, or other malicious codes. Hill shall not be held liable in the event of interruptions in operation, errors, omissions, disruptions, deletions, data losses, delays in processing or communication, viruses, cyber threats, communication errors, theft, fraud, destruction, or unauthorized access to alteration of, or use of records, or any other threat or risk.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be governed by Turkish Law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices in Bodrum, Turkey.
